Then I review & pick out my non-negotiables (blog post, newsletter, students/clients, etc.) and project-related tasks that help me achieve my goals. I take out a piece of paper and write down everything I want to do that week. I take time every Sunday to plan my week and individual days. Planning things intentionally is essential to getting things done.
